Ancient Guild of Spicers

The Ancient Guild of Spicers is a prominent merchant organization within Qarth. It battles for dominance in the city with fellow merchant groups, the Thirteen and the Tourmaline Brotherhood and the nobility, the Pureborn. The Spicers own approximately twelve or thirteen hundred ships. According to Xaro Xhoan Daxos the Spicers are dissemblers and braggarts.
