Casso Mogat

Casso Mogat is the captain of the Merry Midwife. He was fathered on a Sisterton whore by an Ibbenese whaler. Only five feet tall and very hirsute, he dyed his hair and whiskers a mossy green. It made him look like a tree stump in yellow boots.
